drain re-lining - no dig technology,
aqua-patch structural repairs
Broken and cracked pipes, displaced joints, tree root infestations are just some of the causes of damage which can lead to long-term structural damage, such as collapsed drains and recurring blockages. All of which can be costly to repair. Aqua-lining is a method of repair that can rectify damaged drains before the major damage occurs.
With no excavation works required there is no disruption to above ground levels, and this means that re-lining a drain can prove more cost efficient as less time, materials and machinery are involved. A felt liner is impregnated with resin and inserted into the drain, once in place the liner is inflated using either air or water, this allows the liner to bond to the host drain. Once the liner has hardened the air or water is removed and a water-tight, smooth pipe is left behind.
No excavation works also means that re-lining can be used when drains are hard to access via conventional methods, i.e drains which run underneath buildings, roads and large structures. We offer a wide range of re-lining repairs from full length drainage to smaller Aqua-patch repairs, chemical resistant liners to flexi-liners which negotiate bends. Aqua-lining has proved to be a time and cost effective way to repair drains for many of our commercial and domestic clients.
